The concepts of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are so much more than moral obligations, and should rightfully play an important part in every organization’s strategy for the future. Unfortunately, most organizations treat these initiatives as an afterthought or a “nice-to-have”, when in fact they play a pivotal role in an organization’s ability to thrive. What’s more, misalignment between the strategies employed and the desired outcomes, often result in cases where the organization is no closer to, and sometimes further from, their desired outcome.
For Accelare to truly “change the world of work”, we first must address these principles in our own organization as well as in our engagement with our clients. Accelare is committed to doing its part to employ practices that act on these values for our consultants, but that is not enough.
