As the COVID-19 situation worsens, healthcare workers are naturally both scared and brave. They are risking their health (and their lives) in the service of others. They are witnessing deaths which are undignified, lonely, and (under normal circumstances) preventable. In these ways the situation resembles war. As a 30-year veteran US Navy SEAL, Capt.
